A classic all-purpose notebook
A classic among notebooks. Sturdy construction and decent paper. Works well with most pens, including some fountain pens. I use a Sailor 1911 fountain pen without any bleed-through. There are cheaper products, but Moleskine has served me well—a perfect size for my small EDC pouch.

Perfect Gift for On-the-Go Note Takers – Excellent Quality!
First of all, I have to say I absolutely love the quality of all Moleskine products. The pages are sturdy, and the leather cover gives it such a premium feel—you can truly see and feel the quality. I actually bought this notebook as a gift for my engineer boyfriend, who loves carrying a notebook in his flannel pocket. It fits perfectly and is ideal for jotting down notes on the projects he's working on. I’ll definitely be buying more when he runs out of pages!

Good notebook, if not a little pricey
I've used a lot of pocket notebooks in my life, but could never stomach plunking down the money for a Moleskine. At the urging of several friends that swear by the product, I opted to make the plunge and see if it was worth it. I'm not yet convinced that it was. Don't get me wrong, this Moleskine is a fantastic product; it has a good soft cover that's bendable, the pages seem sufficiently thick (I could manage some bleed through with a Pilot G2, but I had to really try to make it happen), the pocket in back expands to let you store quite a bit, plut it has a band to hold it closed and a bookmark. The quality seems high, although I haven't been using it for years or months yet. I'll probably not make it a reoccurring purchase simply based on the price and amount that I use them (a ton). If you want a classic, yet simple looking notebook for odds and ends, then I promise you that you could do a LOT worse. If you're on a budget, you can probably do quite a bit better! Pros: Good cover Bookmark Band to hold book shut Decent pages Cons: A little costly For those looking for a pen suggestion: I use it with a Fisher Space Bullet Space Pen - Matte Black, Gift Boxed (400B) , and they work beautifully together.

Can't go wrong with Moleskine
I have used these for a while, much cheaper on Amazon than in stores, you would think they are made of gold with how much they are. I use them for notes & sketching home plans. The books is VERY sturdy & well made, the paper is a little thin, I wouldn't use markers in them. Other than that it's probably one of the better squared notebooks around.

A must have for anyone with a pocket and notes to take.
I go through one of these a year. I just bought my third one. I carry it daily and it fits perfectly in my back pocket. I use it to take notes and draw rough diagrams daily. I have horrible handwriting and find that the squares help me stay legible. The sewn in bookmark is durable and the pages and cover are very sturdy. The sewn in elastic also works very well. The notebook itself is flexible so that I hardly notice that it is in my back pocket. My only disappointment with the notebook is that the cover pocket always wears out in about a month. It no longer holds what it was intended to hold. With my next notebook I'm going to try to line it with duct tape to see if it helps.

Geek heaven is square-ruled and able to co-exist with your pocket protector...
I've had many Moleskine notebooks, three pamphlet softcovers and a ruled notebook in the same size ans this one, but this is the kind I wanted from the start! As a software test engineer, I had not expected to be teaching myself polymer engineering, but when parts of our systems began dissolving, I ended up confronting the problem head-on. This kind of materials engineering requires diagrams, from fluid-flow to tube-and-valve schematics to sensor circuitry to kekule diagrams of molecules to energy-of-vaporization to meticulously hand-drawn tea graphs... Piles of quad-ruled and mm/cm loose leaf graph paper, with little reason and no rhyme! Well, no more! The pages (around 150 after setting some aside for table of contents) are ruled about 5-to-the-inch, uniformly aligned to the page edges and nicely-bound with a black ribbon book-mark (the 2-year-old the we'd the one in the first book in a moment of teething) and an elastic band to hold it shut (or use as a secondary bookmark at need), and a little compartment in the back, reminiscent of a Manila accordion folder, which turns out to be perfect storage for the former-two-year-old's guitar flat-pick collection ( heaven protect you if you misplace one). About as perfect as it could be! Well, except it really wouldn't have killed them to pre-number the pages.

Hoy ya casi no se escribe. A mí me gusta tomar notas cuando salgo a fotografiar. Detallar lugares y parámetros de la exposición. Esta agenda es un clásico. Hay imitaciones, pero como la original ninguna. Si tienes estilo, cómprala.

J'adore Moleskine !
