Messed up screws
Works fine, only issue I had was that 2 of the smaller screws for mounting the bracket to the switch were unusable.

The rack mount screw slot is not positioned right. It actually covers the screw holes in the rack. I can fix it myself but wish I didn't have to ;(

These rack ears did now work with my Linksys SRW ...
These rack ears did now work with my Linksys SRW 48 port POE switch. I'm not sure if they were mis-manufactured or not, but the cutouts for the rack screws were not deep enough and did not allow you install screws on both sides on a standard 19 in rack. Seller didn't offer to investigate but they did promptly refund my money. Not sure where I'm going to find working replacement ears short of going to Cisco/Linksys.

Not much to say about a rack mount kit - It is what it is, and this was a good product at a fair price.
