Kids Noise Canceling Headphones - 31 dB (2K Hz) - Ear Protection Earmuffs

Was looking for a set that was comfortable, compact, and black. Compact: Folds up nicely, not bulky, look good, decent build quality. It is just ear cups with foam in them but I don't feel weird wearing them like the huge 3M set. Sound isolation: Good/great as good as any off brand ear protection. 3M hearing protection earmuffs are a little better but 3M are so bulky. These do help with higher frequencies as well unlike a lot of cheaper sets. Clamping force: A little much but if you leave it clamped on the box overnight it helps. I have a wide head so they do fit but stretching them is definitely required. Glasses: Still seals with glasses and doesn't apply to much pressure on them. Glasses do leak in a little more noise but it's acceptable. Price: 16 ish dollars? Worth every penny. Definitely great for concerts and noisy work environments. Works great with noise cancelling earbuds in and even makes them sound better in noisy environments. Up/down adjustment is just kinda ok. You do get sweaty in warmer environments but not as much as I expected. 5/5 worth every penny.

Reasons for purchasing: 1. I have a home office and I can often become distracted from tasks due to family background noise. 2. Getting older and worried about ear damage when using weeders, table saws, ect. 3. Want to cancel out more noise when I am meditating. This products meets expectations in all three categories. I believe that they cancel about 26 db NRR (rating for how much sound they cancel) and I pay $17 dollars for them! I sampled in person ear muffs that cost 5 times this amount with 20 - 24 db ratings that did not work as well. As for size, I have big head (sorry mom), and they fit well. They reach where they need to and cover my ears completely. The only slight draw back is that they don't work very well with airpods. It takes work to get them at just the right angle and every time I remove the ear muffs with the airpods in, the airpods fall out. So, need to be aware if you will be in less than hospitable environment for your airpods to hit the ground. Color is good and they appear as though the will hold up for at least a year, maybe two depending on how you care for them and usage. I will surely pick up another pair at this price range!

No matter what you use this for, the best bet is you’ll be using it for a long time. If you’re using it for reasons such as autism (overstimulation, noise sensitivity..) I wouldn’t recommend it. PROS: - muffles sound extremely well - completely encases your ears - durable and sturdy - silences background noise completely - allows you to still hear conversation CONS: - can be uncomfortable for long term wear (even with adjusting it, it can feel tight on the head, which can get very unbearable quickly) - even after adjusting, it can slip back and tighten by itself - adjusting by metal frame can be inconvenient and confusing - NOT noise cancelling, these headphones are NOISE ISOLATING; they are NOT electric in any way Overall, for short term wear doing loud work or shooting, I’d recommend these. But if you’re looking for something to help with noise sensitivity and such, I wouldn’t recommend using these headphones, even if this brand sells such headphones, they can tend to be tight on the head; feeling like a constant pressure than can become very overstimulating and uncomfortable. And do not buy these if you’re looking for noise cancellation, these are noise isolating, meaning they’re not electric and won’t entirely block out noise.

I bought these to cancel noise at Disney world during fireworks shows and on planes. I’ve worn them to sleep too. I am autistic, and these worked wonders to help me stay calm, tune out background noise that can be overwhelming and painful, and genuinely focus on enjoying fireworks. I was able to make happy, calm memories with family that I never thought I’d be able to experience, thanks to these headphones.

I purchased the olive green set. Seriously; this is a solid product and I highly recommend for relaxing/focusing/sleeping/sensory-reduction. In my honest opinion these work better than my over ear Bose headphones. I would say the comfort is impressive, but obviously not luxurious - which is exactly what I was looking for! Sometimes with long-wear they can cause some trace discomfort but absolutely tolerable. 4/5 Noise cancellation: RESPECTFULLY 4/5. They are perfect in that they provide serious noise reduction, but also allow for some noise. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I did not want COMPLETE noise cancellation and I didn’t want anything electric either. Like I was, are you tired of using earplugs* and now looking for something of style, comfort, and moderate noise cancellation while also affordable? Maybe even something that would allow for some customization? Me too - or, I was! These things are comfortable enough to sleep in, offer the ability to hear close-conversation, and look incredible imo. The quality of materials are surprisingly better than what I was expecting for this level of affordability! ( ***imo: unsanitary, wasteful, uncomfortable for long wear etc.)

These are really a great product. My son has Autism and loud noises bother him. Well he is on a basketball team and the cheering and whistle would stop him in his tracks and he covered his ears, that did not go well on a basketball court in the middle of a game. These stay on his head and he loves the tightness. My son is 16 and has an adult size head ;-)

Described by seller as over 31 Db noise cancelling. Box says 19db I could not tell any reduction

Very light and comfortable to wear. Initially thought by seeing the package, the device may be small. On opening the box I realized the device is nicely designed and foldable to maximum extent compactable. Ear cups are also soft and not pressurize the ear. Overall I'm happy in getting this ear defenders.

Got these for various members of my family for when we're using power tools, vacuums, blenders etc. Kids enjoy wearing them. I use them when operating the snow thrower. They work great, are comfortable and block sound just the right amount. Definitely stylish too which is a big plus.

Very good for my needs. Obviously cheaper end of what available, but for reducing noise (from a lot of hammering) they are fine
