My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, Vol. 8

I love this series, also the book is in great condition 👍🏻

What can I say? I love this manga. Arrived in great condition and was a good read.

I mainly bought this book for collecting it. If you are a fan of the mha manga or anime I would recommend this series 100%. It has a great storyline and great characters. It really fleshed out the mha world and the background of multiple other characters in mha:mainly including eraser head or shota aizawa Can’t wait to see how it all wraps up in the next few volumes.

Perfect condition for my collection of manga!

Without giving much away it's about Aizawa thinking back on when he was younger. I liked it, I want more Aizawa awkwardness. You also get to see his friends like a young Midnight and Present Mic.

Spoiler free review: I've read all of Vigilantes, but in my opinion Vol 8 and 9 are the only ones you really need. The rest of the volumes have some good, some bad, and some downright problematic parts, particularly for the age group recommended for this series. If you're just a big Aizawa fan like me, and not a completionist, I recommend you just read volume 8 and 9 and you won't miss much. Thankfully, these two volumes can be read without the context of the rest of Vigilantes, and focus almost entirely on Aizawa's backstory with regards to his friendship with Shirakumo. Even though this was a spinoff manga, it was in part collaborated with the original creator so some fans consider it "cannon-enough". It fits very well into the main series, and I found Aizawa to be more in character here than how the rest of Vigilantes depicted him. It adds some nice extra depth to an already interesting and complex character, and had me in tears at some points. Shirakumo and Yamada are great too. I can't get enough of this friend squad and I wish there were a whole series dedicated to this time period in the MHA universe.

The delivery is fast. Received the product within one to two weeks from oversea. US to Singapore. Love the background story about Aizawa sensei before he is becoming a teacher at U.A.

This series is honestly more enjoyable to me than the main one, if you’d like a more contained DC-like mha adventure check this out! it needs way more love than it gets :)

Select a different seller if you want to purchase this manga. Amazon doesnt take good care of the books and sometimes have damage on it.. Still 5 stars for the manga cause its good and people need to buy it.
