G Scale Plastic Track Set with 2 Switch tracks

Rec'd track earlier than expected! Purchased for my 5 yr old who loves trains. He rec'd a FAO Schwarz G scale train for christmas but wanted more train track. This can be a complete replacement for the track that came with the train. I am hoping that the track works. I will re-post more info after setup. Keeping my fingers crossed. One negative-- the outside packaging was a little damaged. and looked a little rough (especially since this is going to be his birthday present) the contents were not damaged though. :-)

This product is not compatible with the G Scale Polar Express Train Set....Child was not a happy camper when parents tried to expand the train track set with it!

I would have given five stars for the price, but the switch tracks did not work.

I got this track to test out my Bachmann G-Gauge locomotives that I set up with battery power. The tracks click together with a satisfying snap, and the train runs on them just fine. Great price and good product. I worry a little that the end snaps may break if careless, but this has not happened yet. The Switches work well too.

My Nephew loves trains, we found him an old train at a yard sale but it did not come with tracks. My dad has lots of different trains so we figured out which track it would work with and I found this online. It was delivered on time and in great condition. My nephew is very happy!!

This track assembles a bit stiffly but holds in place very well. If distorted out of position the joints may shift out of line, which will have to be corrected to prevent derailments, but that is better than bending or breaking the connections.

Bought this track set as an additional set for my grandson. I had purchased the G-Scale Lionel Polar Express train set. The item description said it would work with all G-Scale trains. NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. The train consistently derails on this track (as opposed to the track the train came with). The track switchers do not work. I made a mistake by purchasing this track and would definitely NOT recommend this item to potential buyers. It is poorly manufactured and rickety. Do yourself a favor (and what I'll have to do) and buy Lionel only parts.

Porduto very good and excellent quality and a good alternative to traditional brands that charge a very high price. I recommend! I live in Brazil and the product arrived in perfect condition and quickly.
