It doesn’t use the battery much so I charge it when I get home. 2 speeds, 4 and 8 mile per hour. 8 mile ph is enough to go uphill without struggling. When going downhill, it’s a bit different to 4 wheel scooters which stop when you take your hands off the accelerator. The Cristal will carry on downhill unless you use the brakes to slow you down. Now I’m used to it this gives me a better quality of life. I don’t use it in shops, it’s to get me out and about where the car can’t take me. When parking I will put the wheel off centre with the brake on. There is a key shutter so thieves can’t start it with a screwdriver. There’s a phone charger too. The seat is adjustable back and forward to allow for more or less leg room depending on your height. It’s value for money mechanically and aesthetically. I insured it for £65 and registered for tax exempt-free-, paperwork provided by the company. I can use it legally without having a number plate because I have a log book to allow me on the road. The company answered all my queries before delivery. I was panicking because on desertcart it said delivered, however it’s just the paperwork sent to you for proof of address. They will contact with a delivery date a few days before, it’s not a quick delivery but well worth the wait if you can handle a 3 wheeler. The delivery person was very knowledgeable, taking time to explain in full without wanting to rush off. Very polite and confident in what had been delivered. He explained what I needed to do with the paperwork, including free 30 day insurance, the manual which is very helpful and paperwork to be sent to DVLA. The company provide mechanical help, battery and replacement, all details in the paperwork.
