pad lasts 1 month and are expensive
machine cost 2000, pad replaced for 1000. put some water or gel used in sonography to use dead pads, don't burn money, it will be useless again in a month. generic ecg pads also work , i later found.

The best TENs pads I've used

These large ones (PMLLPAD-L) have been a lifesaver, lasting me over 6 months of regular use – even surviving falling asleep wearing them. The trick to keeping them sticky? A simple rinse and air dry after each use. Omron is superb!
