Where can i buy an additional disk. the one that came with the original shipment lasted only 5 minutes. i have cheated with amazon for over 30 minut

They are standard 5" hook & loop discs for orbital sanders, disc sanders, angle grinders, polishers, and similar. You can easily find a wide selection, in various grits, abrasives, and backings, here on Amazon's website or at local hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc), Harbor Freight, online catalog stores, and so on. It's not uncommon for them to come in packages of 20 to 500, often at reasonable prices. For hand sanding, ignore the hole count - no hole or a dozen is irrelevant.

Can you tell me what the radius is for the convex and concave surfaces?

The diameter if they were a full circle is 1.5 inches próx — IE- The radius is .75 inches prox

The sanding profiles are approximately 1-3/8" wide
