But confusing instructions *by A***R on December 15, 2014* Knocked off one star for bad instructions!The tube comes with a diagram stating N&P on a particular side of the tube. But, there is a N&P sticker near the pins on the opposite direction. The sticker is the one that is right. Anyone having issue with this, please go with the directions marked near the pins. I got the model which takes N&P on one side of the tube. With other side not requiring any wiring.On the better side,- Seem bright enough for me- Very short start delay.- Great price (Home depot sells Toggled Brand which seem to be a better quality than this one --- I am no electronics engineer --- I know this is LED. But I am telling by the fit and finish. The price of Toggled 5000k, 1800lm for 2pcs is almost same as this 4pcs pack).- Not Instant On => no ballast.Hope it lasts as stated. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ VERY NICE *by D***K on December 17, 2014* I purchased these to install into a new fixture I recently installed. I had to purchase some tombstones, but after wiring it in, it's all good. I've only done a pair so far. I am using a motion switch with no issues, but the switch was wired for fluorescents.I did not have some of the other issues listed.Update: 5/19/15I've done done 4 more fixtures, I am very satisfied. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice quality. Worked as expected *by D***S on March 27, 2016* Nice quality. Worked as expected. Retrofit was quite easy and could be accomplished in minutes. I used these to retrofit all fluorescent light fixtures in my rec room to LED. I converted each 4 lamp fixture to a 2 lamp LED fixture. Very happy with the result. If I were to do it again I might choose a slightly yellower light for a rec room.
