Initially, I bought this book, as it was kindle free, I read it casually. I thought I knew well about Daniel the Man of God., But this book has spoke with me revealing the lessons that I have to apply in my life from the Life of Daniel. It has shown me what I lack in my relation to God and taught me to correct myself to get the fruit of God. Best book to read. At the end, this book has introduced me to it's friends (other books), which are also free on kindle. The other books recommended at the end too will guide our spirits in Godliness and enriches our souls.

The book is not just any historical or biblical books about Daniel,.It really is an eye opener and the language Moody uses is so engaging and so connected with the reader,you will hardly will wish to skip anything.It not just provides us info about Daniel but urges present youth to live a God fearing life in this present day Babylon-with all the same temptations and attractions which the old Babylon had.Moody urges us and confirms that with Jesus in our midst,we can live a God fearing life even in sin claden world.

Excellent book...

Doctor Moody's book on Daniel Is a wonderful read. It is especially written to encourage young men to follow the ways of God faithfully. The story of Daniel is told in a very captivating way, Including Daniel's dramatic rescue by God.

I chose this rating as if is a great book to call Christians to “pull up their socks” spiritually, and trust God to be used of God….to God’s Glory,

Should be read by every true and professing Christian! Especially in a time like ours. Moody was a man of God and a "prophet to his generation" indeed.

Makes the story of Daniel's life contemporary. I am left with a full heart. I just want to be like Daniel. I am encouraged. You're left with a desire to be a man of character. It was an easy read.
