Great price and very easy to use
I got this as a gift. I really like my chromebook and it is very easy to use. I got this specifically because the price was incredible, it is so simple to use, you do not have to buy anti virus software and it has everything the person needs that I purchased it for. Google docs are fantastic especially the dictation facility. I love everything about chromebooks. It is also so light and very easy to carry. The battery lasts for hours and it recharges really fast.

Great chromebook
This chromebook is fantastic for my needs. It has excellent battery life, is quick to load up and is compatible with the apps that I use on Play Store. I use mine for university work, streaming and video calls and it's fine for that. Certain apps don't work (iFollow, Now TV) but a lot do. The only downside to this chromebook is that you are restricted to online usage, however a lot of Google Docs have since become available offline. It is a brilliantly priced product (this is my second chromebook by Acer) but only buy it if you're not tied to Windows/Apple services/can work online.

Great laptop, easy to use, but was meant to come like brand new instead came with scratches on top other than that I’m very happy with it

So easy to handle
Still can't believe how light this laptop is. The other bonuses are the speed of updates and of charging with amazing duration between charges. There are some little things missing, like delete and home/end buttons, but overall it is so very easy to use and carry - suits my fairly undemanding requirements very well and at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic
I'm a lifelong Apple user - possibly until now. My computer died and I needed to find a replacement quickly and economically tried this Chromebook after watching multiple youtube video reviews of the different brands. Now I'm wondering why anyone uses PCs and Macs. This has been an excellent purchase, great value for the money. The keyboard is great for typing and I simply use web based microsoft word now. It does everything and the battery life is a dream. Highly recommend.

Very easy to set up and use. Excellent general laptop.
I needed a new laptop for general use at home. This one was recommended by a family member and I'm not disappointed. Very responsive, easy to use and I'm able to so everything I used to do on my old HP laptp.

Very slow
I found it very slow to load and set up nowhere near as fast as Amazon fire or Android I know it a different system but very slow for every thing. Looked well made but not for me.

Love Chromebooks!
Brought as a gift. Was not dissappointed. If you've used chrombox before, this will not disappoint. Slightly heavier than previous chromebooks, but this is 14Inch, which justifies the weight. Simply put your gmail account in, and its ready to rock and roll! Quick - start up in seconds, updates take mins. Greta value of money. Would recommend product
