I promised to update my review when I receive the replacement, which I got today, and now can give it perfect review. The first one I got was a bit crooked (tablet would be slanted when facing up instead of parallel to the floor.I love how I can adjust height, tilt, and orientation of table in so many ways.Definitely no problem with the product and I would buy this as gifts for my friends and loved ones (another time when budget permits).Only issue is delivery. Package was dropped off someone else’s door in our apartment. Thank goodness our neighbor is kind to deliver to our unit.

I use this stand ( and so do those for whom I have bought several more ) to hold an iPad or other tablet a foot above the table or desk, and keep it steady. This gives a much better view to the other end ! And I like looking at those with whom I am e-sharing time, maybe a glass of wine, with my iPad up higher. It’s like having your counterpart across the table. In these times when we must physically distance, I find this device ( as well as the near-equivalent one from Abovetek ) adding real value to my life ,

This is an absolute dream....I'm an artist who works on a flat table surface and have had my iPad Pro set up on a small support sitting on the table surface. Too close, paint would get spattered on the screen (easy to wipe off, but why have to bother?) and the screen level was a little too low ... this support is perfect...the base is sturdy without being too wide, the adjustments are simple and hold tight. Holds the iPad Pro (12.9") just fine. Eye level can be adjusted to the best position for anyone.

I would have given this 4 or 5 stars if it didn’t break so easily on me.I hardly apply any pressure on it and I usually just have it propped up one the side of my desk with my small iPad. It worked well for 2 months and suit my needs until one day I decided to lower the angle slightly. I was barely applying any weight or pressure and it completely broke in half at where the two bars connect! Everything about the stand seemed sturdy I wouldn’t have expected the connecting piece to be so weak.Thankfully my device made it out safely. The stand itself is now unusable which is a shame.Other than the breaking, the rest of the build was very heavy and sturdy. It felt like nice quality and was extremely easy to setup.I do want to say that it’s not ideal for people who want to adjust the angles frequently. You tighten/untighten the bars with a hex key and if its too tight, it’ll be difficult to adjust. If it’s loose enough to change, there are points when the angle drops due to the weight of the device (probably wouldn’t be a problem if you’re only using a phone with it).

I love this thing. I bought it originally so I could I read med schoo--who am I kidding. I got this so I can watch movies and shows I bed and be so lazy as to not have to hold my pho e or tablet while I do it.This sits on my nightstand and adjusts to every size electronic handheld device I have. It fits my Samsung Note 9, every size Kindle I or my friends have, every iPad any friend has every tried in it... It's great.It is tightened with an alan wrench so just make sure you don't tighten it TOO much and then lose the wrench (or not be able to find one later) because if you need to reposition something it would be difficult.But this thing is perfect for hands free watching. It would be great for live streaming as well.

This thing is just great. You will need to use the Allen wrench supplied to tighten the swing arm to hold the iPad. After that, works like a charm! The base is weighty and the fit and finish is very nice. Also holds my iPhone easily. I do wish that the holder was a little easier to use attaching or removing my iPad. But that is a minor quibble. Now my camera is at the proper height for a zoom or teams conference. Perfect!

I bought this for my wife. She wasn't sure she could master an iPad and found out she could. With COVID-19, she had multiple Zoom conferences so I ordered this so she didn't participate with everyone looking up her nose. This is a sturdy stand that holds its setting throughout your video conference. It stays where you set it. It is sturdy. We have used it for a couple of months now and it doesn't sag. It is solid construction.

Three most important features I wanted in a tablet stand,one, a heavy stand to hold the tablet in various positions without easily falling over.I also wanted to be able to tighten the stand at the pivot points,instead of having no way to do that if it became loose.Finally, fully adjustable to accommodate different viewing angles for zoom.It was difficult to find a stand that had all three of these features.This one does.
