This clips onto the chair easily. It's a bit harder than I expected but it's better than sinking into a chair withflattened stuffing and cheaper than a new recliner. I'm not noticing any memory foam effect though.

This cushion is amazing! My back is thanking me in kind by the pain being removed. It totally supports my lower lumbar region, and I couldn't be happier. It has adjustable straps, but the nice thing though, I didn't have to adjust anything. The cushion slid right over my chair. Great purchase for a great price! By the way, I read a review where someone said their hand didn't leave an impression like the one in the photo. Well. . .I'd have to disagree with that statement. My memory foam hand print looked just like the photo. The impression left quickly, but it did have the indentation. Either way, you will not be disappointed by your purchase of this cushion.

Have used for two days at 9-hour/day office job. It really makes my ill-fitting chair more comfortable. The straps adjust tightly and do not sleep; they were very easy to put on chair. The cushion is not too firm, not too soft. Provides great support in the shape of my back and helps with my posture. It actually allows me to sit back, instead of on the edge of my seat, hunched over (my chair is too big). Very glad I purchased, and I'm sure my management is very glad this cushion helped, so they don't have to buy a whole new chair. :)

I bought this lumbar support for my husband since he sits at the computer for hours at a time. The chair he was using was uncomfortable because it was too high. He said it was uncomfortable for him to have his shoulders touching the chair. I saw this support on Amazon and decided to get it for him. So far he loves it. He said it is very comfortable on his back and it's like having a brand new chair.As far as the service of the company, we received the lumbar support very quickly. I don't remember exactly how long it took, but I had ordered two things at that time and the support came several days before the other item. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent quality product and it gets the job done. I'm retired and sit at my desk for long periods of time. My back was really hurting a lot even after moderate sitting spells. After the first time I used this support, I noticed a MAJOR difference. Now, I have no back pain whatsoever.

I love the cushion but the cover is cheap. One seam is not even stiched. Also depending on the chair you have it's quite thick and takes up to much of the seat. I've been sitting on it instead of putting behind my back.
