Subwoofer did not work & the company & Amazon did not back up the purchase. We are just out the money!!

I’m giving you 1 star because this is insane, I PAID $ 840.00 dollars for this surround sound system and it came with no cables and no remote control. Cheapest surround sound system comes with everything included. The least you can do is announce it, I was so excited waiting to arrive to install it and prove it and I found THIS BIG SURPRISE. Now I have the system and I can not use it. Supposedly very modern, 2019 model and it turns out that it comes with nothing.WOW 😯

I have this setup with a avr2600h and it sounds amazing, the bass is powerful especially considering the compact size of the sub, and the addition of an adjustable lpf is really nice if you are like me and hate the muddied bass of those big box store setups.. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants great clear sound and is limited on space

I have several surround sound systems in my home. We have a theater room that is fully involved. We have a family room that has a nice surround system, is prewired and had a mix-n-match of speakers, and our master bedroom came pre-wired as well.We ended up using a sound bar for the master because I've been too lazy to set up a full 5.1 system. The theater room is comparable to a movie theater. So the family room was in need of something to bring it up to speed and it didn't need to be a movie theater, but I needed it to sound better and more consistent.I had actually learned about Definitive Technology 7 years ago when I was building our house, and had purchased a CENTER SPEAKER for the family room. As I mentioned, it was mix-n-match and made up of several speakers. When I did the research on CENTER SPEAKERS, Definitive Tech kept coming up as being the best choice in my budget over and over again, so that is what I bought and it has served me well for the past 7 or 8 years!That made it easy for me to decide to try the Definitive Technology ProCinema 6D - Compact 5.1 Channel Home Theater Speaker System (2019 Model) | 250-Watt Powered Subwoofer, Center Channel + 4 Speakers | Sleek, Modern Looks Match Any Décor, Black system when I decided to upgrade the family room and go with a uniform and consistent set of speakers for the system.I am very impressed with Definitive Tech's quality and sound. The subwoofer isn't going to win any bass hoopty car rattling awards, but it is very competent and does a great job of delivering the punch that it needs to get the job done. The rest of the system is well-tuned together and sounds very crisp and clean. The quality is excellent and I would have no problem recommending the Definitive Technology ProCinema 6D - Compact 5.1 Channel Home Theater Speaker System to anyone looking for an affordable, high quality system for their home.The price is very reasonable for a system with a powered 250 watt subwoofer and the speakers look and sound very professional.
