Sungmor Cast Iron Teapot Warmer - Rustic Design with Tealight Holder

It’s quite sturdy, and has kept my teapot hot as long as the tea light lasts. I have read some reviews and want to clarify a few things: for one, you do want to have a teapot that isn’t smooth at the bottom, because the tea warmer is smooth. So basically, not good for a glass teapot for example, but great on other materials because it won’t slide off. (I hope that makes sense). Two, there will be some ash, that’s fine. I was a bit concerned of long term effects like staining the teapot or something at first, but you can easily rinse it off once it has cooled down, and it hasn’t stained my teapot so that’s fine. Overall I’m quite happy with my purchase. If you plan to gift this to a tea drinker, I do recommend it.

This purchase has been a nice surprise! I didnt realize how useful this little warmer would become. Works for my teapots, coffee mugs, and warms dip. Very happy it uses normal everyday ordinary tea lights. Keeps my teas, cocoas, and coffees perfect to the very end.

I love this product, it is very sturdy, heats evenly and does the perfect job heating my little cast iron tea pot. It is very small but would fit most 30oz or less sized tea pots. If the pot has a very wide bottomed base- this won’t work. It has a very feminine appeal, I love it! Works great and is a great addition to my tea collection!

Love the dainty compact style. Very sturdy and easy to use. Just clip off the ties and add a tealight then light it. Very nice for Tea parties or for a special teatime for yourself, or when company stops by. 🤗💕 I love it.

It’s a great coaster. Cute little flame beneath. Keeps mug off my antique wood furniture but doesn’t keep my tea hot. It does keep it warm though and that better than nothing. Wondering if I need to use a different type of mug that conducts heat better? I noticed some other folks reported it does keep theirs hot so I need to noodle this.

I had been wanting a tea pot warmer of some kind for my daily tea. I use a cast iron style pot to brew in. When searching on Amazon I saw this one. So unique, so pretty! Is it functional? You betcha! Be sure to use a GOOD tea light candle like ones made from pure bees wax. TIP: when you remove the top piece to light the candle, set it on a piece of paper towel because there will be soot build up on the underside. Totally worthy to me!

Does not keep tea warm 😕 I tried 2 different types of tea light candles and it did not work to warm even a tea cup. I bought 2 of these hoping to use them at a tea party. Now I am stuck with 2 hunks of useless metal .

Whoever designed this seems to not have had the intention of using it, but rather as a prop for looks. Regardless if you have to top on, or off, a heapload of coal will collect and ruin the candle beneath. I bought this one due to its elegant design, for i had a steel one before which was, to say the least, is ugly. But this one lacks any functionality which is really sad.

Excellently made, looks beautiful and is solid. The only setback I find with using the Tealight candle, it soots up underneath and gives an unpleasant smell of soot.

I love this warmer. It's very attractive, just the right size for my teapot, and works nicely. I light a candle under it just before I put the kettle on, so the metal heats up enough to warm the pot right away. By the final cup of tea, it's no longer piping hot, but it IS hot.
