Q: Will this work to inflate large rafts? 13 feet to be exact?

Very slowly it's only like .7 cfm which is very low. Get one of those 2D battery inflators, they work awesome and much smaller/lighter. Otherwise this same size unit is at Menards under the Tool Shop Brand for $50 just sayin

No...it is 6 gallons capasity... which would equal 22.7 liters
