Though they are indeed very good for what they are intended for. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Got me out of a muddle *by S***D on 27 May 2025* I have stripped the gearbox of my Renault Master and having tried every set of circlip pliers and various bodges I found nothing would touch the snap rings on the shafts. Trying to wedge srewdrivers etc. behing the rings looked like it would do some damage along the way. These pliers are long enough to get good leverage on the clip and spread it properly to enable it to be removed in one go. It will still slip if you don't get everything properly lined up but it's so much easier. They really saved me a lot of frustration.
