I just use 1 /2 times and my baby stops biting nails and thumbs. I also use it to stop breastfeeding. It works great for stopping breastfeeding. Just use 1 or 2 coats on nipples and it works. It’s too much bitter it tasted it before using for my baby.

I only used this on my toddler’s thumb nails as she was becoming quite the thumb sucker. After the first coat was applied, she instantly did not like the taste. After a DAY of use, she would know not to suck her thumb or she’d have to deal with the awful taste. I continued to apply until she was free of thumb sucking. After a few days she no longer sucked her thumb!!!

My son's is three and sucks his fingers so much he is getting a tooth imprint on his finger. I bought this in hopes it would give him that reminder to stop even if my husband and I don't see him. It didn't work AT ALL. I put it on all his nails and 5 minutes later he walked by me sucking his fingers. I added another coat just in case I hadn't put enough on and NOTHING. He could have cared less. Save your money.

It didn’t work for my 3 year old. At first, he cried and wanted it off. He then got use to it and continued to suck his fingers. Heavy sigh! I do appreciate the attempt at making something for this issue with not so bad ingredients. I however, got it on my finger and thought it was awful. So might just depend on how stubborn your kid is.

This product does work well and is effective. The polish drys quick and it fills in gaps in the nail so the nail surface feels smooth and even. It was a very bitter taste that lingers. The only issue I have found is that the polish doesn't last long and needs to be reapplied almost daily.

I got this for my four-year-old daughter that has a thumb sucking habit.At first I didn’t want to use these things and after two weeks I caved because it was impossible to get her to stop by just correcting her. After the first time I used it I think she put her thumb in her mouth one time, she said it tasted bad and I haven’t seen her suck her thumb in four days now. I went ahead and applied another layer and all her nails this time because she guilt they admitted that she tried sucking her other fingers lolShe calls it, “ the yucky thing that helps me stop sucking my thumb.”
