Do these have builtin front mud flaps?

Yes these side steps come with front mud flaps.

how do you get instrictions. Everything ok excapt for mud flap install.

The instructions are very little help. Install the mud flap with the running boards loose and lineup the mud flaps to the side of the car and mark and drill two small holes into the fender for the selftaping screw included. The bottom of the mud flap is installed using the nutclip and screw. Tighten the mudflap first then lineup the back mount to get an even reveal on the running board. The mount brackets use three bolts 2 short and 1 long installed in the rocker panel
