I didn’t really expect this to function so well but it actually performs as advertised I would recommended. I needed to lock an interior office. It works great.

Needs indicator to show locked or open on remote.

This lock is awesome for work vans. If a thief breaks your door lock to steal your tools, he won’t be able to get in as there’s a second lock inside the van that he won’t have access to.

Easy install. Great looking! Comes with 4 keys wow :) Also you need to purchase batteries separate including a 12v just fyi before you get started. Found a camera cover hood as well on Amazon to go over it just to keep it protected from the elements.

The lock works very good. But the remote broke after a few weeks. The section where the key chain ring goes it’s very weak.

This works great and all remotes work. Make sure you line up everything properly. A millimeter off will make the lock not work properly.

This product deserves 5 stars but the instruction manual deserves minus 1000 stars. What a pile of garbage! They refer to AA batteries as "No. 5 batteries". I was unable to pair it with my iPhone 15 pro max because the app was unable to "find" my phone, even though it was six inches away. I tried to use the QR code on the lock but it linked to a We-chat page that Apple warned me was corrupted, plus, it didn't do anything. The instructions suggested I use the App Store, but even though the box says the company is "Guardian" it's actually TT, so not easy to find. When I did find the app, I had to prove I wasn't a robot. ...Not by identifying the number of bridges or motorcycles, but by sliding a puzzle piece into a hole. But the piece wouldn't go into the hole, it would stop before the hole or after. I must have tried 50 times!! Here are some direct quotes from the instruction manual- "Good anti-theft performance, anti technology unlocking, and violence unlocking". "Violence unlocking?" What the hell is that? "After the battery in the lock is installed, press and hold the S2 code matching key of the lock body..." Great but none of the diagrams show WHICH button is "S-2". I love this one..."When the standby circuit is used to unlock the lock, first tap and install the door lock (with a little more force) with a frequency of about 0.5 seconds, and then tap 3 to 5 times (if the door is very thick, you can knock and tap several times appropriately". HUH? "Then the inner door is opened, paste the extra lock tongue hole". Why can't this company spend a few dollars to translate this into ENGLISH? It's a beautiful lock - heavy and well packaged. Additionally, the manufacturer LIED, claiming "the lock tongue and main parts are made of stainless steel". In English, we call the "tongue" a DEADBOLT and that appears to be stainless. But the case, mounting bracket and the strike plate are all chrome plated steel. Why not just be honest? In addition to 4 AA batteries used unlock it, this lock uses one 12 volt 21/23 battery to lock it. That's smart because that battery will wear out sooner, so that when it's time to change batteries, you'll be able to open it, even if you can't re-lock it. I was having some issues with my purchase. I installed new batteries but the lock would open but not close. I contacted Amazon and they connected me with the seller, whose response was to send me another copy of the terrible instructions. So if you have any problems, don't expect help from the factory unless you can write to them in fluent Mandarin. Ultimately, my problem was that the local Home Depot sold me an old battery. Perhaps some dirtbag used the battery and then put if back in the package to get a refund. I don't know if I will ever be able to get the APP to work or pair multiple locks to one remote or for that matter, if each lock uses the same code or all the lock already use one remote.. If somebody from the factory reads this review, please contact me. I need assistance!! Just for fun, cut the instructions up into pieces and throw them all in a bag and then read the scraps randomly. It will be just as helpful as this manual!

Over all quality is good, but remote sometimes doesn’t respond, even when it’s close to the receiver

Advertised as an indoor out door lock. Worked great for spring summer fall but forzze up in the winter. The internal gears froze up and locked us out of our backyard. Had to remove the lock to be able to access the door. Not ideal for Canadain winters.
