One more ?....how great are the chances of temptooth coming out when you least expect it...like if I'm giving a speech in front of a group?

If the teeth are made correctly, with proper compression on both sides of the adjacent teeth, they will not come out on their own.  It will take a reasonable amount of force to remove them.  The only time they might come out is if you are giving a speech to a group of dentists.

Question 2

What's included in this product "Temptooth Do It Yourself Tooth Replacement Product"? Can I use this only to make the tooth? Or will I need to buy other related products?

Has anyone tried to use a dental adhesive with temptooth? The reason I ask is that there is some disagreement as to whether or not you can eat with it, and I was thinking if you used a dental adhesive, it would make it more anchored down which would allow for more pressure to be put on the tooth. I'm just wondering if long time users have any input into this question:).

Do you know how can it be attached? I mean with the help of any glue or just it is enough to attach the temptooth solely?

Since you are forming it in place of the missing tooth, the softened material is pushed in grooves and crannies between the two adjacent teeth.After allowing it to harden in your mouth, and when removed, it does snap fit when putting it back in. However to help with any movement I put a tiny dab of denture paste where it meets the gums and absolutely helps if there's a slight bit of movement. And I'm so happy to have realized that.

How long does each tooth last after you make it? I had my top front partial for 8 years, and I accidently threw it in the trash!

Greetings;  My temp teeth (I made three) have lasted about a year, however, I don't wear them daily.  So while wearing one of them perhaps just one day a week or so, they have lasted about a year.  But I would guess, that it's possible that with daily wear, and the wear and tear of putting them in and taking them out, they won't last that long.  The kit however, does allow a person to make more than one.  Also, one cannot eat (at least I couldn't and they don't recommend it) with the Temp in.  It should be removed for eating, drinking etc. which is a little inconvenient.  But otherwise for the price, I find it a pretty good replacement for a lost tooth.  All best.
