Worked Perfectly in My Application
Just moved, and needed to set anchors for a lift in the new garage/workshop. These are the anchors specified by the lift manufacturer. I've now installed this lift in two locations, plus two others for friends. I used these anchors for all of them. For this installation, 16 anchors are set into concrete under a porcelain tile floor. I've been drilling the holes in the concrete myself for the previous installations, but because of the tile I decided to let a commercial concrete coring company do the drilling this time. A 1" hole is made through the tile, plus an additional 1/8" into the top of the concrete. Then, a 7/8" hole is made in the concrete to a total of 6 1/2" deep. That lets the anchor sit down completely in concrete with no contact with the tile. The anchors set easily using the method described in Wej-It's instructions. The installation depths are adjusted down an inch in consideration of the tile. I add lubrication to the threads on the installation tool (a long bolt...) where the nut is used to draw the anchor up to set it. Otherwise, with straight well-cleaned holes, there was no drama at all setting the enchors. I left K's 4Runner (our heaviest car) on the lift a few inches off the floor for a couple test/observation days. There is no discernable movement. The torque on the bolts is the same as when I initially set the posts, indicating that nothing has moved or stretched. It's now safe for mrs dr bob's hubby to use the lift.

Max Jax is not going anywhere
Exactly what I needed for my MaxJax lift after moving to new location. Great quality

Works great
Used to install a older Maxjax. Worked great just be sure to clean out holes so they bite.

Working great. Not fun to install. Buy more bolts and washers
I bought a used MaxJax mk7 and so far these are working great. Like others mentioned the install is not fun. Just go ahead and order or head to the hardware store. You will need two grade 8 thick washers and few grade 8 bolts or a grade 5 bolt for every anchor. I couldn't find any grade 8 bolts locally to replace the "sacrificial" bolt. I pretty much ruined the grade 5 bolt everytime I set an anchor.

Used for Danmar M6 Lift
Exact anchors that came with my M6 Lift. The installation sacrificial bolt came with anchors but what I did not notice is they DO NOT come with the bolts. I have to use the bolts from previous installation or buy new bolts.

good product for anchoring a light load jack
Good product for a light load but not ideal for anchoring a hydraulic jack to lift the car.
