Natures Craft Saw Palmetto for Men - 500mg per Serving - 100 Capsules

I bought this supplement to help with my hair thinning and hair loss caused by PCOS, and I have been very happy with the results. I have been taking this brand consistently and have noticed that my hair is not falling out as much. I am also starting to see baby hairs growing in, which has made me really happy. I definitely recommend this product, especially if you are dealing with hair loss related to hormonal imbalances. It has worked well for me, and I plan to continue using it

I've been taking this for a couple weeks now every day and no side effects thus far. I've noticed significant improvements already just in that short time, and no one can convince me it's a placebo effect. I'll list out the improvements I've already noticed (and try to keep it short and family friendly as much as possible). 1. More confidence and mental well-being. I have not only felt it within myself but have already had several other people tell me that I seem more outgoing and happy than usual, which is not natural for me at all. 2. Better urinary flow and emptier bladder after using the bathroom. I believe I have BPH issues, and I drive a truck for a living, so I spend many hours on the road not using the restroom. Whenever I've had to actually stop somewhere to go, usually it is when my bladder feels super full. I would often have to stop and start again once my bladder began to empty, sometimes multiple times before I felt like I was finished. This has essentially vanished. I rarely have had my urine stop mid-flow and if I do, it's maybe once (and briefly). I do not believe this is a coincidence. 3. Stronger (you-know-whats) and significantly more strength and volume to my "finish". I was actually getting worried because this was becoming very noticeable as I am getting older (just turned 40 a few months ago) and this became noticeably and significantly weaker. I won't go into any deeper details but this has been a HUGE turnaround. 4. Improved bowel health and bowel movements. I believe my BPH issues were affecting this as well, and I have noticed less effort has been needed recently to pass stools and less "mess" for lack of better words afterwards. And all of this in just a couple short weeks of daily 500mg tablets. I haven't noticed any improvement to hair loss yet, but hopefully with more time I might be able to add that to the list above as well. Overall, as I said, you can't convince me that Saw Palmetto isn't something ALL men (especially over 35) should be taking based on my personal experience, and I also know all of the things I listed above aren't a figment of my imagination simply because I'm taking it. Would recommend this product to anybody.

7.31.2020 Disclaimer: Prior to using this item, I changed my diet for approximately 4 months--included more greens/fruits, proteins and much less carbs/refined sugars. I eat more during my regular meals (lunch/dinner) to prevent snacking; but occasionally I'll have a snack after dinner (protein or fruit). I still eat ice cream every couple of days (my nemesis but trying to cut down and switching to greek yogurt ice cream bars) and the occasional chips (1-2 small bags/week). My overall junk snacking is about 5% of my diet now. From the diet change alone, I've noticed my hair growing back and the color is muuuch more vibrant (also less new grey hair) but I was still losing the same amount of hair. What gives?! :( So I decided to finally try saw palmetto. I've been using this item for about 2.5 weeks and so far it looks like it's working--approximately 30% improvement during the 2nd week alone! I don't see as much hair loss after I shampoo; there is still a lot but not like before. I didn't change my diet but did eat more junk food than usual (ugh, menstrual cycle). I'm hoping there will be significant improvement after a few months of usage. I'll update again in a few months. So far no side effects. The taste is meh. **Update: 11/5/2020 I've been using this item for almost 3 months; I havent' been taking it everyday (I'm bad with vitamins) but it seems to be working still (taking 2-3xweek). Hair loss has improved by 50%, my hair is starting to have more baby hairs now (hair appears to be growing faster than losing!!) and my friend noticed it too! :) Please don't change your formula; will continue to order when needed Note: I did get diarrhea and upset stomach from taking it w/o food but that could just be me so YMMV

I would definitely recommend this product for the variety of benefits it offers. I bought this product after reading a few articles regarding the anti-aging benefits of taking saw palmetto. While I knew it was most widely known for helping reduce hair loss and balance hormone levels in men, I have done extensive research and found that it can be a great anti-aging supplement, especially when taken in combination with other supplements because it is a DHT blocker. DHT is a hormone that causes hair loss, a decrease in collagen levels and collagen production, along with a host of other issues that arise during the aging process. I personally bought saw palmetto to combat age-related issues. When combined with hydrolyzed collagen and hyaluronic acid supplements, saw palmetto can work with the other supplements to improve skin and hair, and help increase collagen production as a result of blocking DHT. My hope is to improve my skin, nails, joints, and bone health. I have been taking the supplement for over 2 months. I don’t expect miracle anti-aging results overnight; however, I do see an overall improvement in my complexion and my hair, which was beginning to fall out more rapidly and thin (at age 45). My hair seems to be growing in thicker. I see quite a few hairs growing which is noticeable mixed in with my long hair. It will take some time to even out. I also have noticed an improvement in my complexion. I will continue to take this supplement as I have had no bad side effects and do believe it is helping with the issues I mentioned above.

After a spinal surgery that caused me to lose a ton of hair, I tried all the shampoos, biotin supplements, scalp serums, etc. Then I read about how Saw Palmetto works to block DHT and gave it a go. I’ve taken a pill a day for 4 months and notice a significant difference! My thinning spots are filling in again, my part is getting more narrow again and I feel less self conscious! Have not noticed any negative side effects at all. No texture change for me yet. Hoping that with continued use, my hair will start to feel thicker again also.

I am very happy with my purchase so much bought a second time. The product is very easy to take,swallow and no after taste at all.Also the seller was great as well. I would definitely recommend this product to others looking for this type of supplement.I have not had any side effects.The ingredients and directions were straight forward. On May 25th I received my bottle of saw palmetto. I started taking it immediately, so I have been taking it for a little over a month. I am blown away. The first week I noticed that I wasn't getting up at night to pee, at all and I wasn't peeing the bed lol. It had to be the saw palmetto because before this capsule I was up and down all night. I am a 69 yr old woman who has type 2 diabetes which is under control, so this has been a godsend to me. My nights used to be up and down up and down up and down...I don't know how it works but I know that it does. I originally ordered the saw palmetto for my skin. I had read a lot of reviews saying that in conjunction with Hylauronic acid {food grade of course} and collagen and saw palmetto women were seeing remarkable changes to their skin. Guess what so have I? Lol My skin is blemish free, the wrinkles are almost unnoticeable and my skin texture is like I am 30 again. I am not a scientist but with the 3 together we have something amazing here. I bought it on a whim hoping these ladies were being truthful. Om my they were and so am I. I was taking collagen and hyaluronic acid before and nothing really happened, but add in the saw palmetto, well I am blown away. This product has a very high rating and with just cause. Take it and see, oh and my hair is so healthy and nails are too, could be the saw palmetto. Whatever it is everyone is asking me did I have a face lift or fillers. Nope just good old saw palmetto.

I tried this for the first time because I have issues peeing and get up like 7 to 8 times a night and it drives me insane. So I took two of these yesterday. When I got them. I went to bed and I was amazed that I only woke up twice and when I didn't have any problem going to the bathroom I had full power again like I had before which means my bladder is being emptied out properly. I am totally amazed by this product already just from one use one day. I will continue to use it because I could not handle getting up at night so many times and losing sleep. Hopefully I can start refreshing my body and catch up in my sleep now.
