If the roof metal, then it will work. Magnets will stick to any vehicle that has a metal body panel.

What size is the bolt for the individual magnets? I want to use them for pod lights and want to get the right mounting hardware.

The opening is m10 but you have to use the bolts that belong to your lighting system or whatever you want to attach to the magnets

Are the magnets strong enough to hold through the plastic bumper cover to the underlying metal bumper?

The magnets are very strong when used directly to metal. It depends on how thick the plastic on the bumper happens to be.

Does it work for a 54" curved lightbar on a ram 1500

It works for 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee sport . Holds pretty good but when speed gets to 60-65 mph. then it makes really bad sound.
