**Q: what are the ingredients?**
A: Main ingredient:  Menthol (topical analgesic).

**Q: Have you tried the gel version? Is gel better than Roll-on to penetrate into the knee?**
A: I don't like the gell as much. Must wash hands after, in case I need to rub my face. I prefer the roll-on for areas I can reach, including thumb areas (which Don't touch my face.)  Also, less messy  on neck (doesn't goop my hair)  For full spine, I use the spray. I've only tried      Aspercreme brand for that,  as it sprays upside down so I'm able to reach full spine.

**Q: Can I use this in addition to a magnesium topical product?**
A: Ask your doctor to be sure

**Q: Which works better,  this or ActivOn?**
A: I've never tried Activeon, but I know that Menthol is the best pain reliever and Stop Pain is 8% Menthol. I really would not be able to make it without Stop Pain. It Instantly relieves my pain so I can function and sleep.
