I didn't include a photo as I painted mine and didn't want to confuse anyone with the color. I bought chrome and spray painted it rubbed oil bronze (because I am a cheapskate and it saved me a few bucks). So yes, you can paint them whatever color you want with no prep (sanding). I just used my trusty Rust-Oleum and taped off the plastic lampshade so I wouldn't get it on there. I couldn't believe how lightweight these are! I didn't even need the anchors included (although much appreciated). It comes with two settings (one is brighter and one is a bit dimmer) and it is very easy to install. I had this idea a long time ago (battery operated sconces), but didn't know how to execute it. I love houses with built-in sconces, but am a novice when it comes to electric, so I never attempted to install the actual electric-powered ones. Now I don't have to! I will be purchasing more because the quality and price can't be beat.

I live in a rental with very limited lighting, I've been using the typical self standing lights as a cheap solution as I dont want to dump money into a house I will move out of. I saw these on Tik Tok and I can't believe I had never seen them before, they look great and are light enough to hang on a thumb tac! I ordered my second set after recieving my first because they are a perfect solution. My neighbor just ordered a set for her camper trailer too! So many possibilities!

Incredibly cheaply made. They do look nice though and do provide needed lighting in room without wiring. The battery compartment slots are oversized for the AAA batteries and that allows the batteries to slant every which way making it difficult to keep in place and cutting the light off. After trying various ways of trying to align batteries and keep them aligned long enough to hang the lamp on the wall I ended up taping the batteries in place. The battery cover plate was very difficult to remove and replace on one of the lamps. Lamps are very lightweight so rather than screw around trying to line up holes to hang the lamp I used double sided foam tape on backplate and pressed against the wall. Worked great. They’ll do until remodel is complete. Would have given higher rating if the batteries would stay in place.

Nice wall accent lights

They look pretty cheap close up but work for our master. When the batteries are new I really like them, easy to install for sure. They just start to dim quickly as the batteries die. After a few nights we notice the 2 settings are almost the same but if you’re okay with one setting they’re a good deal for what they are. Not sure what the motion detection rating is for... that’s not a feature.

I live in an old house and do not have a lot of outlets in many rooms. I bought the lights for a bedroom so I could have light without have to use an extension cord. The lights are great! The two settings offer me a choice of brightens and it's easy to turn on and off. I plan to buy more for other rooms of my house.

These wall sconces are plastic but they aren't bad looking. I needed a little extra light in my bathroom but did not want to drive a nail into the wall. Unless you look closely you don't notice that they are plastic. They are light weight and add some light but they are not very bright. I would have liked them to be brighter but they do add a nice ambiance. If power goes out they will be perfect,

Ok so like other reviews - these feel cheap, because they are. But they work and they looks nice! You wouldn’t know they’re plastic unless you were touching them Great addition to our rental bathroom that didn’t have any vanity lighting. We’ve replace the batteries only once after using for a few weeks, worth it in my opinion in places you’re not owning!

I used this in my rv and it is a super great idea to save on rv battery life. I love them. I’ll buy more!
