Yes it does! I saw one flea on my leg and it jumped right off afterwards.

Does this product get rid of bed bug bites that are on skin ?

It removes the itch from the bite of a bed bug on your skin. I'd suggest using our No Bite Me soap before bed, and dabbing some of the cream on the skin to keep them from biting.
