Mysteries of the Criminal Mind: The Secrets Behind the World's Most Notorious Crimes Paperback – Illustrated, February 10, 2015

I'm fascinated with this kind of stuff. I'm not sure how it was listed at such low a price, but I'm not complaining. This is the first book in a long time that I purchased and read well into the night. If you love crime shows and psychology, this is a great read.

Very revealing..

This is a flashy volume, well-organized and well-written but mostly covering information I already knew. However, there were a few chapters and stories that I was not familiar with. And the book is worth its price just for the photographs.I did notice a few things that I knew were untrue or were just wrong. Sometimes it was the number of victims that kept changing from one paragraph to the next, or dates or numbers that didn't add up.Overall, though, it was a good read. If I had proofread this book, I would have corrected 12 errors.

The book, Mysteries if the Criminal Mind, is loaded with information on criminals and the details of their crimes. It covers a multitude of crimes over centuries. Most of it is very interesting, however, it doesn't speak to the title. I was wanting to know more about the criminals' thoughts, patterns of particular crimes, and characteristics of the criminals. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to learn much on the criminal mind. It was a interesting read, nevertheless.

Time-Life books never seem to disappoint readers of history. In this kindle edition, it explores the mysteries of the criminal mind. Everything from serial killing, mass shootings, assassinations, and mafia stories. They even provide fun facts about actors and movies who these stories were based on. The book ends with internet scams and people who were behind them. It makes you alert to what is out there, and how to avoid it. Plus, it includes pictures of individuals you probably haven't heard of. Despite its price, it is worth buying.

There is nothing in here that is new. It might make a good read for an airplane flight. It is basically a condensing of general information.I got the impression from the write up that it was more in depth on certain cases.Glad in only spent $1.99.

The book contains lots of photos and information on the world's most disturbed minds. If you're a fan of the macabre, this book is for you. It's about the size of your high school Social Studies book and it's paper back.

I enjoy this book. It is really insightful into the criminal mind.
