This is a very simple product, a piece of wood with grooves in it basically. You can easily put it on the floor and roll your foot back and forth over it and it does feel good on your feet and after rolling it back and forth for a couple minutes you can feel that the tendons and muscles in the bottom of your foot have loosened up a bit, which makes them feel relaxed. As you can see in the photo, there are two black bands around the outsides. I have no idea what the purpose of those are and they are not adhered to roller at all so they can easily be removed or may roll off on their own. I don't believe they have any purpose so it shouldn't be an issue but should be noted. All in all, this is nice little self-foot massage tool. I keep it at work and can just roll my feet on it under my desk at work without worrying out it rolling away. Works out the kinks in your feet for a good price...

Yeah the rings fall off but are easy to put back on. I use it on black rubber tiles so it doesn't slide around no matter what overall it's a great part of my routine for building arches in my feet.

Unfortunately it’s just too small to do anything beneficial. It just slides back and forth under my foot and does not roll well. Invest in a larger one to apply appropriate pressure under foot. I have a small foot so for a man’s foot this would be even less effective.

The Body Back Foot and Body Roller Bundle made out of wood is excellent it meets my needs very much. It's very durable and strong and a great value for the money. I am hoping it will relax my muscles more in my legs and give me more relief in other areas of the body that are aching. I would recommend to anyone to purchase and roll away with it on your body parts.

Must have for massage! I use on my feet/ legs/knee and helps work out muscle tension and scar tissue too.

Honestly I’m very impressed at how well it works for massaging your feet and arches.I like that it’s one piece so it will be very hard to break.The grooves feel amazing and the curves work really well to work the areas you need.A practical massage tool that could last you a lifetime. Don’t waste your time and money on complicated gadgets or something that requires power.

Love this little roller! I bought a 2-pack so that I could give one to a friend. It's great to use under your feet or your forearms. If using on the floor, it's best to have a carpet. It tends to slide on hardwood floors.

I bought these to help with cramp under my toes during the night. Keep by my bed and if needed, I roll foot over to help release spasm.
