I purchased the Medium size of this replacement blood pressure cuff. It fit easily and well into the monitor I purchased six years ago from Greater Goods (Blood Pressure Monitor Cuff Kit by Balance, Digital BP Meter With Large Display, Upper Arm Cuff, Set also comes with Tubing and Device Bag). So far it's functioning well. I lucked out, as a replacement cuff is obviously a happier environmental and financial choice, and I'm grateful a replacement is available for my Greater Goods Balance monitor.

Of MANY cuffs I've ordered to replace one that failed. This one is closest to being the correct size. To be fair the arm in question is on a non-mobile man who has lost some musculature. He is between a small and a medium cuff now. Everything that comes seems to be way to big, even if its labelled small. This one fits nicely as the original did that came with the original BP Monitor. I bought another monitor thinking that was the culprit. But try8i8ng the new cuff on it proved it worked as before; Just fine. SO - searching the manufacturer web site there is no replacement. The ones they offer are to big and the cost is almost that of a new meter. So I'm Happy I found this Cuff! Thank a million.

Worked great with my existing BP machine. I didn't have to replace the whole thing when my cat chewed on the hose from the cuff to the machine. Gives you multiple connectors. Saved me some money!

This product is not worth buying. Numbers are way to high because I had a couple of nurse friends to check me after a short while we use the machine. Number are off real bad. They said to order a different brand.

I bought this for my wife. Her arm measures 23cm in circumference, so I thought it would be a good fit for her. The standard cuff sizes are too big for her arm. This cuff says it is good for arms measuring 15-24cm or 5.91” to 9.45”. So I figured it would be perfect. But… in reality their stated arm sizes are not accurate for the product. According to Vive, this cuff should work with an arm 1/2” larger in circumference than her’s. But with it very tightly fastened in a deflated state, she only has 1/2” of Velcro that mates up. So an extra 1/2” would make the Velcro not even touch, or fasten. Here’s the real deal. Spec says “15 to 24cm” [that’s circumference or 1.88” to 3.01” in diameter]. 15cm = 5.91”; 24cm = 9.45” Actual “business” length stretched out flat and aligning the min/max marks (toothpick in the images). Measured was 16cm to 21cm circumference or 2.01” to 2.63” diameter. 16cm = 6.30”; 21cm = 8.27” My wife’s arm at 23cm or 9.06” circumference or 2.88” diameter is certainly within the claimed specs but outside actual measured (usable) size of the cuff. Now these numbers may or may not add up perfectly to the notes of only having 1/2” of Velcro overlap, but you lose a little when you actually wrap it around an arm as opposed to being stretched out straight. I think this cuff may actually work well, and accommodate 24cm arms as claimed, if the Velcro (shorter hook side patch) was moved 1-1/2cm further out toward the stitching nearer the silicone tubing that’s inserted in the end of the cuff. Too bad for my wife. I’ll have to return it and look for something a bit longer for her. The quality of manufacture looks pretty good. The size is definitely a problem though. This should work well for arms measuring 15 to 21cm (5.91 to 8.27 in)
