Amazing delivery. Arrived the second day! Great product! Very quality, strong and super sharp. Practical and multiple use! Easy work for anything! Especially it is perfect for chicken/ fish/ herbs! Love it without a doubt. Don't need to wash chopping boad after cutting meat anymore lol! Great thing is that it could be devided to two half, so it's easy to clean! Also could be used as a sharp knife, thought I will bring it with me for camping soon. Amazing!

I got so fed up with those kitchen scissors that were rivetted together- instead of screwed - at their pivot points, such that the two blades never met so tightly after a while. I was then quite amazed at the clever design of these. They are extremely sharp and have such a good locking mechanism for when not in use. The spring opens the blades very efficiently,and the two parts are designed to separate for more thorough cleaning and blade honing too. These will do me fine. These shears are well made and do the job, hence four stars. However they are somewhat smaller and weigh a lot less than the shears they replace and really should not be described as 'heavy duty'. The blade lock has a tendency to engage in use. The packaging is way over the top and clearly expensive. The cost would have been far better spent on the shears themselves. For anyone with small hands these shears will fit well; and while they are well made, I would have preferred them to be heavy duty as the ad describes.

Spatchcocking my roast chicken every time now. It’s so easy with these shears.

For the money it is not worth it. after few weeks it became blunt. It does not do what it says. I wasted very good money

A good solid pair of poultry shears. I bought these shears to spatchcock fresh chickens and I have to say that I'm impressed. They cut through bone at the notch with ease and the sharp tips are effective for the finer cuts. They have a bottle opener on the end of the handle should you need one. For ease of cleaning, the shears separate into two parts and also while in this configuration can be used individually as a paring knife and the serrated part can assist with descaling fish. I personally haven't tried these techniques. These shears are rapidly becoming my favourite kitchen item.

Very robust, easy to take apart and clean and good for cutting through bone; but no use for cutting through flesh or skin. When I use it I have to use an additional pair of sharp scissors.

We needed a pair of shears/scissors nice and sharp to make clipping our hens flight feathers as easy and stressless as possible as they were flying about each day which we did not want. Had 14 done in no time at all, reckon 20 minutes. The longest part was catching the ladies, clipping was a matter of seconds. Good product, looks and feels well made and a bonus it comes apart for cleaning.

Funktioniert super

Aufgrund diverser Empfehlungen habe ich mir diese Geflügelschere zugelegt. Verpackung/Anmutung und Verarbeitung sind sehr wertig. Zur Korrosionsbeständigkeit kann ich noch nichts schreiben. Aber ich werde eine solche Schere -wie auch hochwertige Küchenmesser- sicher nicht in der Geschirrspülmaschine reinigen, gehe also von langer Haltbarkeit aus. Ich habe damit ein gegrilltes Hähnchen zerlegt. Das funktionierte auch gut. Warum dann nur 4 Sterne? Nun, obwohl ich eigentlich große Hände habe, liegt mir diese Schere beim Schneiden schlecht in der Hand. Die Haptik ist -zumindest für mich/in meinen Augen- nicht so gut. Ich werde sie zwar, da ich sie benutzt habe, behalten. Aber mich doch auch noch nach einem anderen Modell umsehen.
