How does one know this prodcut is better than any other? I would like to see a lab verified result of their testing. Do they offer that? I recently had all my heavy metals checked, including lead, and all were normal. So, the batch I've been consuming, at least, if not overly high in lead. **Q: Is it non Gmo???** A: GMO is short for genetically modified organism. These are plants that have had DNA material from another organism, such as fungus, grafted into the genome to make it insect resistant, mold resistant, etc. GMO's are currently illegal to sell to humans in most countries, but the USA has even passed laws requiring consumers do not have a need to know. **Q: Should the turmeric be boiled for full benefits or added in end to something hot like milk?** A: I'm new to using turmeric, so most of what I do know is what others have said about it. The contents inside the bag definitely match the outside in quality. The first thing I noticed when opening the bag is the very strong aroma. You know immediately the turmeric is fresh and real. I have had suspicions about other turmeric products but there was no second guessing with this. Next, the color of the turmeric is absolutely stunning and the texture is very nice as well. I use turmeric in a lot of dishes but I use it daily in eggs as an anti inflammatory for my husband who has joint pain and sarcoidosis of the lungs. I found this on Amazon and it came prime shipping fast. The owner sent me a email thanking for the purchase and said I could email back any questions. I emailed her a question and got a answer right back - great customer service. The product has been excellent and I really like the very high curcumin content - it also has a better taste compared to what I had been buying at store.
