I have been using these sponges for over 46 years, initially to rid myself of blackheads, often suffered by young people. After regular use I have never looked back. My skin has rarely has spots and is smooth and looks young for its age. I realised in recent years that the exfoliating massaging motion probably has stimulated collagen development, which gets slower as you age. The Buf-Puf, although relative expensive compared to some others, lasts far longer so is actually excellent value. I use this now a couple of time a week, compared to 4-5 times when I was younger.

A very effective yet gentle exfoliator , Ive used it for years. These are much longer lasting and effective than other types available in store.

As one other reviewer suggested, I cut this in half, as plenty thick enough. Feels really nice, sufficiently abrasive without being scratchy.

didn't want to pay so much for it but after using cheap ones that don't last 5 mins I did, can't work out why the price is so high but it is effective and lasts ages

Scrubs all my dead cells off beautifully. All the sunscreen, lotion and dirt and grime easily. The blue side will soften up my heels and elbows wonderfully. The fact that I can use my favorite soap makes it that much better. My skin feels smooth and ready for my after shower routine. The proof is at the bottom of my tub. It must be used gently on your face and decollete though. Glad I purchased 2 as they are more effective than my old puff puff. Lathers even better than the puff puff. Dries quickly so I can pack it to go on trips too.
