Sweet and tasty, texture is really on point, it's honey so I know it's durable and authentic, great in size.

I don’t use a lot of honey so it’s important that it not crystalize too soon after opening and this little honey bear doesn't disappoint. It has a pouring spout that permits small amounts to be dispensed without a sticky mess. The flavor is excellent. This honey does my Baklava proud, as good as the wild honey brand I used to be able buy in most of my local grocery stores.

Last weekend I made homemade pizza and instead of using sugar in with the yeast in the water I use the honey and I had a great taste to it, great quality, color and crystallization was perfect

As an alternative sweetener in my Tea, mix-in with peanut butter for a nugget & cracker snack, BBQ & sauce base, making homemade bread. The bees make a quality product. This is a filtered product, the natural pollen has been removed. It has not been cooked, so it retains the normal consistency. Also not cooking allows honey to not crystallize as soon. If it does, you can let the bottle sit in a large cup of hot water. You can also add some drops of water to the bottle and swirl it, then use the hot water cup if necessary. There is nothing wrong with the crystals, they will dissolve in your drink. They just don't look pretty and may have to be spooned out of the container. A nice no drip cap which does not get sticky or block the flow. This type of honey is great to mix with margarine or butter, as it will not separate, giving a smooth texture. When added to a nut butter and allowed to set a while, the nuts absorb moisture resulting in a thick nugget. This does not run or dribble, very kid friendly. Making clean up after a snack, less wearing on a kids patients.

This is not fancy gourmet honey but it's good honey and the price I paid (it's a bit higher now) was very reasonable. Stated countries of origin: Canada, Argentina, and USA. These little honey bears are a nice size for table use. Oh, I tested this honey because honey is very commonly adulterated and I've been burned. I didn't believe Amazon's brand would be adulterated with corn syrup or sugar syrup. I checked anyway. It's easy to check. A lab isn't necessary. I put a drop in water and it sank to the bottom without dissolving and sat there. That's what real honey does. Sugar syrup dissolves quickly. Adulterated honey dissolves faster than real honey. This honey is highly viscous and does not flow easily. That's a trait of real honey but not sugar syrup. I put a drop on bread and it just sat there; the drop a little mound on the bread. Then, as time passed, it verrry slooowly began to enter the holes of the very moist bread from which it could draw moisture because honey doesn't have much water in it). That's what real honey does. I put a drop on my finger and it sat there holding its shape above the surface of my finger and didn't run off. That's what real honey does too. I rubbed it between my thumb and finger. It wasn't sticky, like syrup, it felt velvety smooth, just like it should. The honey from the little bear passed all the real honey tests I know. Some other "honey" I've purchased online has utterly failed these same tests. Stars include value of buying real honey for the price I paid. It truly was a bargain rather than some others I've bought that looked like bargains... until they were tested. ☆☆☆☆☆

This honey is great. Fabulous value. I personally was unable to tell the difference between the high dollar honeys and this one. Will definitely purchase again.
