My only (minimal) complaints are that (1) there's not a lot of room between the tiers, so all the bigger sizes and clunkier pieces need to go on the bottom so they don't get jumbled up together. I pull the tiers out to get bracelets off, but I doubt any of my customers do. Maybe another inch in between each tier would be more helpful. And (2), it doesn't accommodate bracelets smaller than 6" or so, which I don't make many, but I have made some. This size accommodates most of my bracelets though. Again, I can certainly live with it the way it is. And other than that, I love it and will probably get another one if I start doing more shows.
