Amazing coffee, brews very strong....
This is excellent coffee. The chicory adds a unique flavor to it. It also brews very strong, and I like strong coffee...so a can stretches out. Bought in Oct 2024 for roughly 16.50 a can, at the time that was about a 1$ a can cheaper than buying direct from CAfeDuMonde in the states and shipping by UPS ground to Canada.

Cafe Du Monde Coffee with Chicory has such a unique and bold flavor compared to regular coffee. The chicory adds a smooth, slightly earthy richness that makes every cup taste deeper and more flavorful without being overly bitter. I’ve used it with a French press and Vietnamese coffee filter, and both methods produced a strong, aromatic cup. It pairs especially well with sweetened condensed milk or cream for a café-style drink at home. The grind consistency is good, the aroma is fantastic when brewing, and the 15-ounce can lasts a while. If you enjoy New Orleans-style coffee or want something different from standard coffee blends, this is definitely worth trying. A classic coffee with great flavor and a comforting taste.

The Best Coffee!
This coffee is really good if you’re a fan of strong/bolder flavours! It has chikoree in the mix which gives a shuttle almost smokeyness to it. I recommend using it in a moka pot but French press works just as well! Really good with a little sweetened condensed milk too!

Really smelt like cigarettes
Like the 2 other reviews mentioned, this coffee really smelt like cigarettes but amazingly I finished the whole can of it because I didn't want to waste it, still alive and kicking but I won't buy it again for sure
