Review: Belt brace very good. Back panel not so much. - The brace is very effective, but the back panel too flimsy and not supportive. Just moves around when bending over. I decided to buy this same product, a bit cheaper without the panel. Provides enough support without the panel. very effective. pulls very strong and tight and easier to use than other cheaper back braces. I did go down a size however (waist size 30). The front belt is smaller on the small and easier to wear, although the medium has a wider band which has a bit more size/hip support, it felt too bulky. the small I can adjust well enough. Helps with my sciatica and herniated lower lumbar discs.

Mom has been way much more active and feels less pain. She is much more stable now. The only thing that is somewhat odd is...if you are a female, your breast do look weird when sitting down; it bulges up but isn't uncomfortable. For the pain relief, this is a small sacrifice.

The brace is very effective, but the back panel too flimsy and not supportive. Just moves around when bending over. I decided to buy this same product, a bit cheaper without the panel. Provides enough support without the panel. very effective. pulls very strong and tight and easier to use than other cheaper back braces. I did go down a size however (waist size 30).
