Very disappionted!!! I was excited to receive my light but when I did the stand would not fit in to the back of the light. Two of us tried for about 30 minutes each trying to place the light box on the provided stand but the pins just would not line up, not to mention then discovering the blue lights would not even work at all. After finally giving up on the stand and putting the safety goggles on and turning the box on, it looked like only one row of the red lights were working, not sure if they were the infra red or red but clearly only one single row of red lights would light up. Two rows of lights were completely non-functioning!Anyhow now I'm waiting today on UPS to pick up my light box I was so excited about. What a waste of time and money. You'd think for $200 someone would line up the holes on the light box to the stand and double check the lights before mailing it out?! Now I am leary of the quality of the product all together! The plastic is so flimsy that it is hard and awkward to hold. The clip holder does not attach to the pad securely enough. I was unable to manage with my weak hands and shoulders to hold this pad without worrying about dropping it; so I do not know if it will help me.I returned and order a red/blue/infrared light bulb and a small desk lamp I could wrap my hands around.

Not sure if this is doing anything for my skin or not. It is very boring to sit in front of the light and it is so bright that I just want to keep my eyes shut the whole time.

this product may cure my acne skin..I already have experience in LED acne cure product in dermatology hospital clinic.the product name is omnilux, and.. omnilux powerfully treats my skin. (acne, rosacia)... only one treatment!So I expect to treat my skin from this product. BrightPad BT-L84 has same wavelength with OMNILUXBut, A part of machine body which made of plastic looks very cheap.It would be better to be made of polycarbonate or other strong material.and... I've had it for 3 weeks and my acne is almost all gone. I have (errr...had) adult acne and this is the first treatment (including failed attempts using ProActive) that actually worked and not left my skin dry and flakey (which is a real problem here in Denver). It seemed to start working right away! I noticed results after the 3rd use and my boyfriend noticed after about 2 weeks (men!). It came with a collagen cream which I have not used yet so I cannot comment on it. The stand is great but the clamp feels cheap and bends easy. On the Acne forums lots of comments recommended the brightpad because of the stand and I have to agree that it really works great. The stand allows me to use the brightpad while watching TV. I honestly doubt I would have stuck with using it this long if I had to sit in front of it for 20 minutes every day with my eyes closed. I know I could not stand rubbing the baby quasar against my face for 20 minutes.

I thought the ability to mount this system would make it easy to use. It isn't....unless you don't mind sitting completely still with your eyes protected for 20 minutes times four or five (the number of positions necessary to cover your whole face. I tried it a few times and saw no results. (At the spa, I see a result with just one professional treatment.) This item is going to Goodwill.

I've waited a month to comment, but I'm seeing zero results. I have acne scars and acne and none have been phased by this product. I give it two stars though, because I believe this product can give me a little sanctuary in the winter with the sunless blues.

Was bought for my son. It is very small. He didn't like or want to use it. Sent it back right away
