I buy this for my husband who is a very light sleeper, anything can wake him up at night and this helps a lot. It is not addictive but does make you slightly drowsy in the morning if you don't sleep.enough hours.

I bought this because I was having some trouble falling asleep at night and figured a liquid version might hit my system faster than the pills.
