FOUR SIGMATIC Organic Balance Adaptogen Ground Coffee, 12 OZ

Got this as a gift for my Grandma after hours of research. This brand actually has effective amounts of mushroom and such in it, unlike many slightly cheaper brands which contain too many fillers to be effective. It’s a bit pricey but compared to mushroom supplements and MudWater coffee, the price makes sense. Gma only drinks a cup a day and has had chronic gut and focus issues so I gave it a try. One month in she NEEDS a cup a day, saying that the flavor is good and smooth but not crazy strong, her tummy doesn’t hurt, and she notices improved focus and less brain fog. She said she missed it one day and found herself confused, so she fears it actually may be something she needs in her life 😂 I will be sending her a bag every month, this is the 1st Amazon purchase that I’ve ever considered keeping a subscription going for. She’s going camping soon and I’m sending her a portable kettle and coffee drip+ an extra bag of coffee so she and her crew are never more than a few minutes away from a fresh cup. Needless to say I’m very pleased with the product!

My absolute favorite coffee and the only one caffeinated coffee I drink. The adaptogen mushrooms definitely help with the jitteriness of caffeine. If you are highly sensitive to caffeine but occasionally want/need it, this high quality coffee tastes great and is the best ½ decaf I've found.

I compared the Grata Medium Roast ground to the Optimist Light Roast ground. Both are amazingly smooth and flavorful, both have a nice fresh, clean taste, not bitter at all, and both are nicely balanced. Since I like my coffee on the lighter side, I preferred the Optimist Light Roast. Please keep in mind that I add 1% milk and Raw Cane Turbinado Sugar to my coffee. I believe if I added half & half to the Grata Medium Roast it would most likely be my favorite for sure. These are both incredibly delicious coffees. So, if you like a light roast I would suggest going with the Optimist. However, if you prefer something a tad bit stronger, then I would recommend going with the Grata Medium Roast. I’ve always preferred a nice breakfast blend, and I’ve got to say that Lifeboost really is a superior coffee for sure. Definitely worth it.

This is my favorite coffee. We prefer half-caf and have tried a ton of organic coffees. This is a clear winner for flavor and focus. Excellent product! We’ve been buying it for over a year. We buy direct for the subscription discounts (the are better than here), but if we run low we buy here.

The aroma and smoothness of this coffee is nice. It has a faint distinct flavor but I personally love it!! Makes me feel good during the day
