It was 2000 silverado.
Pretty close to original as you see in photo. Sadly the hose is through the mount hole with a 90 fitting on it which is darn hard to get off. O damaged the hose on one. Prices seem too high for these.Left and right are different part numbers.

Great product. Recommend
Had constant problems with getting a clean windshield even with new wipers. 2002 2500HD Silverado. Get the puller there was no way the old ones were coming off. Don't know why they fed wiper hole thru mounting port. Solved the weak spring pressure problem on windshield. Functions like new with no issues. Very happy with product and end results.
