20IN Beverage Refrigerator with Glass Door-120 Can Built in Under Counter Fridge & Freestanding,Ideal for Soda,Beer Drink Cooler

I have had my frig 1 year now and no complaints … works great! I bought this fridge to replace my old undercounter fridge. The height was a little too short to put many of the undercounter fridges but this fitted fine.I read a lot of reviews about this fridge and many were very strange, here are my experiences.- noise - very low, this fridge sits next to my main one and its quieter, there is a little compressor noise when starting up but goes away pretty quick.Cooling - easily cold enough for beer, sodas, cools them to the same amount as my main fridge, no problem, I have the thermostat set to about 85% of max.Light. Looks nice but I shut mine off since my room has enough lightQuality - the build quality is solid, it looks great from the front, the door handle is set into the side so no handle visible. The shelves mount on small metal supports, they are strong, no flex at all.

This fridge worked great... for about 9 months. I picked this fridge because it gets colder than most and fit in my space. For almost 300 dollars and only 9 months if use obviously very upset. I am still looking but don't see a way to contact the seller.

When you first start the fridge it is working full on to cool for the first time, after it settles, its only on for a short time occasionally. my living room is near the kitchen and its not distracting in the evening when watching tv.- cooling - easily cold enough for beer, sodas, cools them to the same amount as my main fridge, no problem, I have the thermostat set to about 85% of max.- quality - the build quality is solid, it looks great from the front, the door handle is set into the side so no handle visible. The shelves mount on small metal supports, they are strong, no flex at all. But the shelves were not entirely flat on all 4 supports so i added some small clear plastic feet I got from home depot.- heat generated - the heat definitely comes from the back at the top since the radiator is at the back, the grill at the front below the door acts to pull cold air in so you will still need space above the fridge to vent hot air.- reversible door - i reversed the door, you get an extra hinge fitting for the bottom left (the top fitting can be reused), easy to replace now the door opens right to left.So overall it works well, its quiet and it looks fitting with the rest of the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen.

So far so good! We put this in our old dishwasher location. Fits great with plenty of room for airflow around the unit. Built a platform for it to sit on and to even up with cabinets next to it. Med temperature keeps the cooler around 40 degrees. This does not have a digital temperature controls, it’s a dial like the refrigerators use to have. I like that glass bottles can fit on the bottom shelf, bottom shelf doesn’t go all the way to the back. We purchased the extended warranty (hope to never need it). I’m really glad we purchased it. Amazon delivery was super quick, helpful and friendly.

This was a perfect solution for a built in beverage fridge. I installed it in December, and it has worked great since thenm until this week. I went to get a drink out, and although it was still running and had power/lights, the drinks inside were hot. Like, it was hotter than room temp hot! I pulled it out and there is no obviously sign of damage - nothing leaking or anything, so I'm not sure what exactly is wrong, but it is definitely not working.It's past the 30 day Amazon warranty time, so I've tried reaching out to the manufacturer via the contact information Amazon provided, but not gotten a response. Very, very disappointed - a $400+ refrigerator should last longer than 8 months!Update: After not getting a response the first time, I reach back to Amazon and received a different contact method. This time, I did get a response. It took a bit of back and forth, but they eventually supported the product and agreed to send me a new unit, which I very much appreciate. It was just delivered this week, so I still need to wait and get help to before I can install it and verify it is working, but have updated my review from 1 star to 3 based on this response.The problem is, it's a very niche product to fit at that size in a cabinet (most are made for external use) so it's disappointing if it doesn't last long!

We ordered this fridge for our wet bar and were very pleased with how high-end it looks for its cost.It's very sleek and the materials are high quality. The door feels substantial and not flimsy. It's also very quiet - we can't hear it while hanging out in the nearby space at all - and it has a nice light. We reached out to customer service with an issue and were helped immediately - the company really cares about their customers and we are very pleased with our purchase!

It arrived on time and undamaged ( packed very well) The glass and the stainless steel were fine. We ended up returning the unit because it would never cool below 40 deg and sometimes would be at 42 deg. Some more negatives besides the cooling is the unit is short ( designed to fit under a 30" counter height not typical 34" that is common in kitchens), the handle on the side is in the center of the door not the upper corner like is pictured in their description. The noise level is not great the compressor is quiet it's the circulating fan that is loud ( it will be your loudest kitchen appliance). The shelf brackets were junk and since it is a shorter than normal unit it is difficult to fit bottled beer in the unit. We bought this because we have a 20" opening and it literally is the only built in unit this size (20" wide) unfortunately we just could deal with the temp issue. So far the company and Amazon have been good about the return.
