I was having a problem with another brand of remanufactured ink cartridge that I had ordered from Amazon for my Epson WF3720 printer that kept clogging my inkjet nozzles. So I ordered another brand hoping that it would resolve the clogging problem. Unfortunately my printer would not recognize the black ink cartridge of this second brand that had advertised an updated chip. After several attempts at cleaning the chip and reinstalling the cartridge as per the provided instructions, the printer would still not recognize it. Be aware that I had used both manufacturers in the past with no issues so I was comfortable reordering from them but unfortunately things did not work out this time. But fortunately, both companies quickly processed refunds for their defective cartridges and they are to be commended for their customer service. Since I have used Teino cartridges in the past and had been pleased with their performance, I decided to reorder them since I was not having any success with the two other brands that I had previously ordered. Upon receipt, I installed the black ink cartridge and it was instantly recognized. Ran a inkjet cleaning and I was back up and ready to go in a couple of minutes. I then installed the color cartridges with the same result. Black print is now dark and clear and the colors are much more vibrant than the other cartridge brands that I had been using previously. I have learned my lesson and will reorder Tieno for my future ink cartridge needs.

Very good packaging and cartridges looked well-made . However, my printer would not recognize the chip and I spent several hours trying to troubleshoot before I ended up buying originals. The company gave me solid customer service, and they deserve stars for that. Suggest that anyone who buys this make sure that their printer accepts third-party cartridges.

Excellent replacement at a fraction of OEM price.

I have purchased many variations from other sellers and have never had a problem.The black ink is not recognized and pages print in blank. I wasted so much time with it thinking its a software issue while waiting for the replacement package to arrive.The replacement took 3 days to arrive and came nicely packaged and packed. When I opened it to install so I can print all the pending documents, the black ink cartridge was opened! Probably empty! In addition, the cartridge was not recognized by the printer. Do not buy from this seller.

Worked great.

The first order was fine. However the second was a total waste of money! Printer doesn’t recognize the cartridge and won’t print! If every other order doesn’t work you are not saving any money! Just by name brand! Trust me save yourself the aggravation.

I have been using this ink for over a year. So far, all good. This time, black ink didn't work. The printer didn't recognize it and I had to use another blank ink in stock. Yellow was not recognized for the first time. I cleaned the contact and it worked.It never happened for the four sets I bought before.All three colors worked fine but I cannot return/replace only the black ink.
