The product is great. But why is a non removable sticker over the instructions?

The vitamin B complex is critical for your health as it breaks down the food you eat so that it can be absorbed by cells. Without adequate B vitamins I become lethargic and nervous. B vitamins also line the nerve endings to keep me calm and help me sleep. I like the NOW brands because they seem to offer value and quality, (plus my favorite health food store offers them-so that gives me confidence-though Amazon most of the time has this brand at better prices).

Restores energy, mental alertness and general well being. . .highly recommend. Large tablet but easyto swallow. Noticeable difference in just a few days. Never be without this for daily function.

I bought these for years in the clear capsule with powdered interior, but since I only take them once or twice a week, they would degrade and get gooey over time. I love the quality of NOW, but since I dont take daily I had to switch to a more stable hard Caplet. These last as long as I need and are also easy to cut or break if you want to split the tablet between different meals. NOW vitamins are always the highest quality, and with easy to absorb formulas. It's why I have purchased them for years.

I have psoriatic arthritis on top of bursitis and restless legs syndrome. Been using this complex for over a week and have noticed dramatic changes in the calves. It has decreased the restlessness by 90%. It has given me more energy but does take time for the body to regulate the vitamins but not too long. I pulse the pills on the weekends and will notice the difference without it. I am on medication management with serotonin and the B-50 complex works in tandem very well. The urine will be yellow, which is normal from the riboflavin; the complimentary effects of B1 and B12 has increased dopamine lessening my headaches and the proper need for iron to get to the brain. I am more than satisfied with NowFoods B 50 complex. Have used their products in the past with outstanding results. I do agree that it's a little hard to swallow because of the lack of coating but, plenty of water is key. This product works! The flaking of psoriasis on my fingers have lessened dramatically but is still red and tender. It's going to take more time for that to clear up and there is no itching. Hope my review helps someone who is thinking about their health and this item.
