These tools are extremely cheap quality. None are sharp. I know they aren't very expensive for the amount that you get, but the quality is so low I considered them to be unusable and returned them.

It’s not that this was not a good set - I got it for a last minute event and because of moving could not find my set . Several tools were well made and sturdy but also several were not . For an in-experienced person risk of possibly getting cut . For what I needed for the day it worked and gave it to a culinary student after discussing a few pieces I felt were not needed .

No instructions manual

Very cheap materials. Arrived in the zippered case as promised but nothing inside the case was in its place. Quality is "iffy" at best.

It was dirty and used. I'm pissed.
