I specifically picked up these India Tree sugar cubes for making Old Fashioneds, and they’ve been absolutely perfect. The cubes are uniform in size, dissolve smoothly, and add just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the drink. These are made from pure cane sugar, and I really appreciate that they’re Non-GMO and Fair Trade certified—a small detail that makes a big difference in quality and ethics. They have a clean, natural taste, and they look great set out on a bar cart or coffee station. They also pair beautifully with coffee and tea, but for me, they’re a staple in my cocktail-making setup. No need to measure or guess—just one cube, a few dashes of bitters, and you're off to a great drink. Highly recommend if you want a classy, clean sugar option for entertaining or just elevating your home bar experience.

These are nice, old-fashioned, 19th century looking sugar lumps. That is what they are and what they are advertised as. But, jut so you know : they are not nearly as consistent ins size or in shape as modern sugar cubes. There shapes and size are quite irregular. You might have to use two small lumps for one absinthe drip, or one large lump for a large cup of tea, things like that. I still enjoyed using them : I just thought I'd give my opinions and the facts in my review.

We love these brown sugar cubes. The amount is perfect for my cup of tea. They don't get super hard in the container. And the taste is not overwhelming molasses.

These sugar cubes are delicious. They're quite solid but I put one in the bottom of my cup as the Keurig brews and it dissolves easily by the time the cup is full. This is really delicately sweet brown sugar, with a soft molasses flavor that is not even the slightest bit bitter. It's almost buttery. I can't say what a delight it's been to enjoy one of these with my morning coffee lately. Definitely something special.

So these cubes aren't even roughly the same size. If you want two cubes of sugar in your coffee you may have to use three of these. The size varies a lot. The sugar itself is actually really decent and the container is convenient. Seems to dissolve fairly easily. Price seemed fair.

I bought these for a homemade old fashioned recipe and let me tell you they are perfect. It is not easy to find brown sugar cubes but after looking high and low I found these. Highly recommend. Very easy to use so try it.

Delicious quality sugar. Two cubes and a double shot espresso brewed right over them is perfection! Also, it’s not bleached white, all natural!

The quantity is small, but the price is high, and the picture shows that the bag is large.
