This book is a styled collection of circular and rectangular beautiful charcuterie boards. It is very well organized, and there are step-by-step instructions for each charcuterie board and pictures for each. Even if you do not like the combinations on the board seen in each photograph, you may select foods selections from one board to another and switch them around to your liking. Other than that, which is very helpful in creating your board, this book is fantastic for creating magnificent charcuterie boards as if it were a paint-by-numbers set. It is simply easy to follow!

I love this book! I bought it as a gift for a friend, then came back to buy myself a copy. The range of cheese plates is excellent - from feeding a couple to feeding a crowd. It includes some for meat-free, even dairy-free, some with lots of fresh fruit, some with dried fruit, every season... There's a list of what to buy and a diagram of how to build each plate. It makes it SO simple to create something really delicious and visually stunning. A wonderful gift for a friend AND a gift to yourself.

This is my favorite book for cheese plates. The guides and pictures are helpful, and the results are always beautiful. I have purchased this book multiple times as a gift. My only criticism is that some of the cheeses are hard to find; substitutes should be listed.

Although a huge fan of charcuterie, I had doubts about an entire book devoted to it. The author changed my mind and proved her worth by providing clever photographic diagrams that demonstrate how to build out boards step by step. She offers a variety of boards for myriad occasions from casual to elegant, and the book is just the right size for picking up and flipping through. All in all, I love it!

I love making cheeseboards but I'm about as creative as a block of wood. This book is the answer to my prayers. It is well organized, the ingredients are flexible and easy to get and the best thing is the diagrams and instructions. Each board is laid out with what to put where and in what order. I have received loads of compliments from friends and family on my boards (and no, I don't share the book - LOL).

This is a fun and helpful book. I enjoy the visual process that shows first the final product, then the steps to obtain it. There are also a few recipes that seem good and easy to make; I made the flat bread crackers and they came out well. As a total beginner (photo attached to prove it!) I would have liked a section in which we are shown how to actually slice the cheeses and fold the meats, as they appear in the photos. Also, and personally, I could have done without the photo of the author kneeling in front of a bunch of cheese. All in all, a good book with plenty of ideas to create scrumptious platters to enjoy with family and friends.

I had never made a charcuterie board and needed 2 or 3 boards for a party. This book really helped to guide me through the process and provided great suggestions for cheeses, meats, and accompaniments. I only wish that on the diagrams, the author would have identified the cheeses that were shown in the pictures to match the diagram, otherwise, it's a great resource!

I bought one for myself and after receiving it, I purchased two more as gifts. Beautiful photos and presentations. Loved the step by step instructions to create what is in each photo. And you don't need a fancy cheese/charcuterie board...any serving plate can be used with a result that is elegant and appetizing. A must for entertaining!

This book provides great inspiration to upgrade your cheese board. Photos are great with the step-by-step procedure.
