Works Great on Big Bore Air Rifles!
Used on my .457 Airforce Texan with a 2" suppressor. I easily removed the mounting bracket and instead wrapped it onto the end of the suppressor. Works very well and button control is intuitive. Reading is in mps, but I just used Google to convert to fps.

Useable, inexpensive chrono
This little chrono actually works. Not too sure about the ultimate accuracy, but adequate for my purpose. I purchased it to check the velocity of my air pistols and it does that quite well. I don't believe would attempt to use it for a powder firearm as the chrono probably be damaged by muzzle blast. The instructions provided are in Chinese, so you should immediately copy the 'product description' as that will provide you with useable instructions.Other than that, it works pretty much as described and I'm satisfied with mine.

Seems to work but...
It turns on and seems to work, HOWEVER...- Manual is 100% Chinese- There is no light to indicate charging status. You can plug it in but there's no way to tell if it's charging- Clamp is poor design but worksIf it showed a charging indication or ran on a AAA battery I would be very happy but I will probably return this. I don't want to have to guess whether it's charged only to have it fail in the field. I get the distinct feeling that once this initial charge is exhausted that will be all she wrote

good chronograph for air rifles
I just got this today and have only fired about 5 shots through it but so far I am impressed, especially for the price. First, let me correct a comment in another review. It DOES have a charge indication, it is on the charge cable. In the manual it states that when it is red, it is charging, when it is green it is charged. It arrived charged and ready to go. There is a problem, however, since the manual is in Chinese. But an english translation is available at gateway to airguns (where I heard of it). This is a website for airguns - membership is free. It is very basic but records strings of measurements (in meters per second or joules) and displays them for 1-10 seconds (5 is where it is set when you get it). Mine was set to meters per second which is what I want. Simple to convert to feet per second. It is very small and light and clamps onto your barrel. I put it on a Benjamin Marauder pistol which has an air chamber below the barrel. But one of the supplied clamps secured it easily. I shot my old chronograph trying to record airguns inside. What I consider normal chronographs depend on a pretty strong light source and I instead just shot close to the sensors - in a couple cases too close. This one uses infared light so it doesn't need a light source, doesn't like strong light. It weighs close to nothing. It isn't fancy but I don't need fancy, it gives me my pellets velocity which is all I need.

Critical parts are exposed and easy to damage
Worked fine for about 30 minutes testing air guns. Provided clamps did not fit all my guns. Thought I was careful aiming through it but I shot the top off one diode. My fault, but now I have a 30+ dollar paper weight. Just be aware that the unit is small and critical parts for the chrono are exposed and easy to hit.

I took the $35 bet and I am glad I did
Handy, mounts on barrel. I don't have another to use as a standard, but the trajectory is consistent with my calculated range card. Reads in meters and calculates the energy in joules, if you input the projectile mass (in grams). Maybe OK for arrows, but I shoot airgun pellets and slugs that are under 50 GRAINS. Metric is a little foreign to this Imperial system homeboy, but I can adapt for a few bucks.

Works fine
Works exactly as described

Good little chrono
Unboxed it, set it on the table, turned it on, and got a reading without doing anything else. Great little chronograph, manual is completely in foreign language but other than converting meters to feet it's the easiest chrono I've ever used.
