MAMA OS Kimchi Paste, 6 OZ

The way to go. So much quicker especially if making snall batches. The flavor was just right, not crazy hot, just pleasant. Could probably just add a bit more chili powder if you needed. I was ready to not like it and was very surprised how good it was.

My spouse has allergies to all seafood. She loves kimchi, so it can be a struggle at the store to search the aisles for a kimchi without anchovies. This kimchi paste has been great. It's incredibly easy to make at home with the kit Mama O sells. The taste is exactly what I'd expect for a great kimchi.

Bought this & a fermentation kit for a favorite sister-in-law!!! She makes sauerkraut and like kimchi and so I am very hopeful!

We love kimchi but it’s hard to make your own. Until now, MamO’s is the 💣. Make kimchi or season meats an vegetables. I’ve ordered several and will continue to reorder. Amazing❣️

Easy to make good reg is not too hot I’m sure the spicy is I just loved mama o on shark tank and I looked her up and ordered it they turned her deal down .. she’s still going!!! She and her son together in business !!❤️

Tasty addition to any Korean or Korean-fusion meal. Adds a nice depth of flavor to sauces and marinades. And it's vegan and gluten-free.

I love this stuff. Mixed in with my fermenting kimchi, it’s delicious. Because I love it so much, I wish it was available in larger sizes and maybe a little more inexpensive. Maybe Costco can carry it in insufrible sized tubs one day (wishful thinking).
