Good for small electrical repairs such as worn pads - be aware that it has high resistance so it it won't work to repair long traces. Dries quickly.

I bought this to shield the cavity of a guitar I was building. I bought this because of the quantity available in one pot. The problem is it never sets! This means it continues to generate carbon dust after it had dried, its goes everywhere! Onto fingers, hands work top, all of which transfer to the grain of my guitar! Once in the grain it does not come out! The electrical conductivity after 2 or 3 coats was around 30ohms.... So, it works but is simply not suitable for a guitar cavity. It paints on like water, not like paint , drys quick enough but leaves a dust film. I have had to seal the surface with poly to prevent further marks.

I used this product to completely revive two tv remote controls that no longer worked properly. On one of them, the power button no longer worked, on the other there were other buttons that were dead. All you need to do is carefully dismantle the remote, and then use a cotton bud to paint some of the liquid onto the black underside of the rubber buttons of the remote. It dries within a minute. Then reassemble and the remote works again. It can also be used on rubber keypads that rely on conducting keys. Truly a great, versatile product.

Me get be my fault with regards to application (I only did one coat which covered the cavity walls) but when dry it’s really dusty and when fitting switch your fingers end up covered in black dust. Obviously this dust is conductive so now I’m trying to diagnose and suss a reoccurring switch issue, which may be due to the dust getting into the switch

The paint quality is okay and dries quickly, but it might not be suitable for all purposes, as the paint is not durable enough for my needs because it doesn't stick for long. However, it is still good for most of the intended purposes. The bottle has enough paint to apply if it comes off. I also tested it on a TV remote, and it worked fine on the rubber one but did not properly stick on plastic.

I don't like that the bottle is shaped more like a hip flask so easy to topple over (don't tell me how I know), and also the consistency is quite liquid. This was used to shield an electric guitar and it took a few coats, but there's more than enough for many coats for a typical Strat body and from testing with a multimeter everything showed good connectivity. It is also easy to clean up afterwards with a bit of naptha, though I suspect the coating is going to be a bit fragile. But once under the pickguard it shouldn't move at all.

I wanted to shield the control cavity of an electric guitar I’m putting together. I applied the paint and waited a few days. I’ve completed the wiring and grounded the painted sides of the cavity, creating a Faraday cage. It works in shielding the guitar from noise. But the paint hasn’t dried to a sealed surface, it has dried as a carbon particle powder. If I touch the sides of the cavity, I get black powder on my fingers. And it says on the container it’s a skin irritant. See picture of a white kitchen towel that I touched the surface with. And this is three days after painting. Not really suitable for my purposes. I will try a different shielding paint. You can get types that do dry completely to a sealed surface, this isn’t like that.

Terrible product, applied on a guitar electronic cavity using instructions, have let it dry for over 24 hours and the product stains everywhere making impossible to install electronics. UPDATE: the paint also provided grounding issues when electronics installed. Had to sand most of it off to resolve. NOT RECOMMENDED

Werkt perfect om kleine reparaties aan printplaten te verrichten. Bijvoorbeeld door waterschade of lekkende batterijen. De sporen kunnen eenvoudig opgeschuurd worden en gerepareerd met deze geleidende lak. Zorg voor een heel klein kwastje!

Klappt tatsächlich. Es ist natürlich mitunter schwierig Fernbedienung auf zu bekommen ohne das was kaputt geht, aber dann wenn man an der Kontaktmatte ist hat man gewonnen. Fernbedienungsplatine u. Gummikontaktmatte reinigen. Dann vorsichtig Liquiwire auf die Kontakfläschen auftragen. Über Nacht trocknen und dann wieder zusammenbauen. Meine FB funktioniert wieder wie neu. Leichter Tatsendruck und nicht mehr dieses auf der Taste herumknubbeln.
